By accessing or using Prism's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Description of Service
Prism provides an AI-powered monitoring platform that connects to your Prometheus infrastructure to offer natural language queries, anomaly detection, and intelligent incident response capabilities.
Account Registration
- •You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- •You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
- •You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- •Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- •Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- •Use the service to transmit malware or malicious code
- •Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- •Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
Subscription and Payment
- •Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
- •You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
- •Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- •We may change our fees with 30 days notice
- •Free trials are subject to these terms and may be cancelled anytime
Data and Privacy
You retain all rights to your metrics data. By using our service, you grant us permission to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We use your data solely to provide and improve our services.
Service Availability
- •We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- •We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
- •We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
- •Service level agreements (SLAs) are provided separately to enterprise customers
Intellectual Property
The Prism platform, including all software, algorithms, and documentation, is our proprietary property. These terms do not grant you any license to our intellectual property except as necessary to use the service.
Termination
- •You may cancel your subscription at any time
- •We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms
- •Upon termination, your access to the service will cease
- •Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- •The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- •We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- •Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months
- •We are not responsible for decisions made based on our anomaly detection
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Prism harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
